All-Together's concern will be in maintaining and preserving tenancies whenever possible.
Communal Wealth
Unlike the private for profit corporations/individuals who have received funding to provide affordable housing units for a specific period of time, All-Together, as a non-profit housing corporation, will keep the funding in the public domain and will provide affordable housing on a permanent basis.
Experience with "the hard-to-house"
